How do I reinstall the "Factory" software (i.e. Make/Models) from the SD Card, the original files are gone including the OBD Scan option, the tool is basically a $1,000+ paperweight. The SD Card is good, I emailed Tech Support and was told "maybe" the SD Card and my 1 year has expired and "buy" a new one for $695. How screwed up is it that you do pay $1,000+ for the tool and the manufacturer that wants to buy their products doesn't bother allowing you to have the original software that you paid for in the first place? I'm not concerned with the update I just want something besides an empty System Program Version V6.31.
